Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information www.wrinklebottom.com collects, why, and what you can do about it. The site is published by Grow Unlimited LLC (Wyoming, USA), which also receives any affiliate or advertising income earned here.
What we collect
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which articles are useful. It records pages viewed, approximate location (country/region level), device and browser type, referring site, and clicks on outbound recommendation links. We do not collect names or addresses through analytics, and we do not use analytics data to identify you.
- Comments. If you leave a comment, we store the name, email address and comment text you submit, plus your IP address, for spam filtering. Your email address is never published.
- Contact messages. If you write to us, we keep the message and your email address so we can reply.
- Cookies. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) and, if you comment, WordPress cookies that remember your details. Affiliate partners such as Amazon Associates, Impact and Awin may set their own cookies when you click a recommendation link, so that the retailer can credit the referral. We do not control those cookies; see the partner’s own policy.
Affiliate links and advertising
Some links on this site are affiliate links: if you buy through them, the retailer may pay us a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate links are marked as sponsored and disclosed on the pages that carry them. Full details are in our affiliate and editorial disclosure. We are not the merchant for any product recommended here; your purchase, payment and delivery are handled entirely by the retailer.
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not run email marketing lists from this site, and we do not buy traffic or mailing lists.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser opt-out add-on. If you are in the EU, UK, California or another jurisdiction with data-protection rights, you can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop processing it. Write to us using the contact page and we will act on the request.
Data retention and transfers
Comments and contact messages are kept while they remain useful and are deleted on request. Analytics data is retained by Google under our property’s retention setting. The site is hosted on our own server and served through Cloudflare; both may process technical request data (including IP address) to deliver and protect the site. Data may be processed in the United States and Australia.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
