Meet the Wrinklebottoms

A house of Sphynx with a shared wardrobe, a standing appointment with a camera, and very firm opinions about what they will and will not wear.

  • Bubbles, a Queen

    Bubbles

    Queen

The most photographed Wrinklebottom by a wide margin, and the one the designers ask for by name. If a piece needs selling, Bubbles wears it first.

  • Daisy, a Queen

    Daisy

    Queen

Aussie at heart with an American fanbase, and the family Wonder Woman every Halloween. Supervises the household whether asked to or not.

  • Dynamite, a Stud

    Dynamite

    Stud

The house trendsetter, partial to tuna fillets and catnip, and the owner of a custom king collar he wears with total seriousness.

  • Donald, a Deaf Mascot

    Donald

    Deaf Mascot

Deaf, and entirely unbothered by it — he cannot hear the compliments but he knows they are coming. Rarely seen without a custom tie.

About the Wrinklebottoms

The Wrinklebottoms is a small Sphynx cattery established in 2021, breeding for dominant odd eyes — one blue eye and one gold or green — alongside temperament and health. The household is FeLV and FIV negative, DNA tested, and scanned for hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) rather than assumed clear, and every cat lives in the house rather than in a cattery block, so kittens grow up used to being handled, bathed and dressed. Our cats also model for pet-couture labels, which is how the wardrobe in these photographs got out of hand. Alongside the kittens we publish plain-English guides to living with hairless cats — bathing, skin and blackheads, warmth and clothing, diet, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) and health testing, and how the Sphynx, Donskoy and Peterbald actually differ — written from a working cattery and shared with owners across the United States.
